Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial loans, income streams, and collateral valuation. Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and CRM software is also essential for making informed decisions.

  • Analyze financial stability, repayment capacity, and collateral quality to determine creditworthiness.
  • Evaluate business's ability to generate sufficient cash flow to cover debt service.
  • Assess economic and industry-specific factors impacting borrower's ability to repay loans.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to structure loan terms and conditions.
  • Ensure lending decisions comply with regulations and communicate credit decisions to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within mortgage or finance industry.
  • Proficient in using financial analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of commercial loans, income streams, and collateral valuation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
