Commercial Credit Analyst Position

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers. You will review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine creditworthiness.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial analysis tools, commercial loans, and various income streams. They will be proficient in using CRM software and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess risk associated with mortgage loan applications by evaluating financial stability, repayment capacity, and collateral quality.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of collateral value and marketability.
  • Review and analyze financial statements of borrower's business, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry.
  • Proficient in using MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker, or other CRM Software.
