Marketing Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our crypto casino projects' marketing strategy. As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the entire marketing process - from user acquisition to retention - across paid ads, affiliates, content, and CRM channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for user acquisition and retention
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with crypto and iGaming marketing regulations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry
  • Strong leadership and remote team management experience
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms)
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization
