Requirements
  • Native Chinese speaker with English upper intermediate (B2 level) proficiency
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Access to a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection
