About the Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to provide general purpose short-term commercial loans to small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email to initiate relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships to generate referrals from these sources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline.
Requirements
  • Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous sales experience in US is strongly desired.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity.
