Job Title: Commercial Credit Analyst

A key role for a commercial credit analyst is to assess the creditworthiness of clients, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. This involves analyzing financial data, market trends, and other relevant factors to determine the client's ability to repay loans.

  • The commercial credit analyst will review financial statements, cash flow projections, credit reports, and other relevant documents to evaluate the client's creditworthiness.
  • They will assess the risk associated with the loan application, including analyzing the client's financial stability, repayment capacity, and the quality and value of the underlying collateral.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry.
  • Experience in using MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker or other CRM Software in the mortgage broking industry.
  • Proficient in using financial analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Loans.
  • Has a strong understanding of various income streams and is confident in income calculations.
