Technical Drafter/BIM Modeler Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Drafter/BIM Modeler. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, layout plans, and BIM models using industry-standard software.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and BIM modeling, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills. If you are proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software, and have a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks
  • Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and BIM protocols
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in remote drafting or international projects
  • Knowledge of rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape)
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
