About This Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Integration Engineer to spearhead this revolution. As the architect and lead problem-solver, you will weave our intelligent CLM platform into the fabric of client operations using your mastery of JitterBit.

Your primary focus will be on creating seamless, scalable, and robust connections between our AI-driven solution and critical business systems, including Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Coupa. Using your expertise in JitterBit, you will design and build elegant integrations that pipe crucial data between our platform and essential ERP, CRM, and Procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect Intelligent Connections: You will create high-performance integrations using JitterBit that bridge the gap between our AI platform and critical business systems.
  • Collaborate with Global Teams: Partner with product teams, solutions architects, and clients to design groundbreaking solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ensure Seamless Performance: From initial design to rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and optimization, you will guarantee the reliability of integrations our customers rely on daily.
  • Innovate and Elevate: Stay at the forefront of integration technology, bringing fresh ideas to accelerate efficiency, scalability, and capabilities.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Deep Expertise in Integration: A seasoned expert in the integration space, with 7+ years under your belt and deep hands-on mastery of JitterBit.
  • API Fluency: Strong command of REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
  • Business Ecosystem Understanding: Experience working with platforms like Salesforce, Ariba, or Coupa.
  • Natural Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to dive into complex integration puzzles with precision to find lasting, elegant solutions.
