The Enterprise Customer Success Manager position entails ensuring customer satisfaction and growth by developing trust, understanding customer objectives, and aligning expectations with relevant services and products.

This involves alleviating pain points, drawing collaboration roadmaps, and facilitating product adoption. Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers and introducing products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications. The role also involves coordinating complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.

  • Onboard new customers and introduce key products to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate the development of custom solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop engagement plans that drive customer satisfaction and growth.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience related to IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, and IoT. They should possess excellent presentation skills for discussing complex software solutions, experience improving internal processes, and delivering projects on time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, and renewal risks. They will also conduct weekly customer and business reviews with cross-functional teams and advocate for customers internally to influence product roadmaps and processes.
