
Front Desk Leader

Our goal is to create exceptional guest experiences that start from the moment they arrive. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of front desk employees and ensuring that every interaction with our guests is warm and welcoming.
A typical day for you will involve managing and coaching your team to deliver memorable guest experiences, engaging with guests to build personal relationships and resolve any issues, conducting regular inspections to ensure we are making a great first impression, and helping to prepare budgets and finding new ways to drive revenue.
You will also be responsible for training team members on PBX procedures and taking the lead during an emergency or crisis situation. Additionally, you will report into the Director of Rooms and manage a team across several specialisms.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration, as well as 3 years of experience in Front Office/Guest Service, including management experience. You must also speak fluent English.
