">- We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Property Manager to manage our properties effectively. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering, organizing, and maintaining accurate property information and documentation.
The successful candidate will work with existing clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely responses to inquiries.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Collecting and verifying property data, maintaining up-to-date records, and coordinating property inspections and maintenance activities.
- Managing tenant relations, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner, and preparing and managing leases, forms, and notices.
- Tracking rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals, as well as maintaining organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations, supporting property marketing efforts, and facilitating tenant onboarding processes.
Requirements:
">- Previous experience in property management is essential, along with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
