About the Position:

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth of our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with the recruitment manager and other internal managers to identify and hire top talent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a recruitment pipeline, advertise job openings, and assess candidate profiles
  • Build relationships with potential hires through professional networks and online communities
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to define qualification criteria for future employees
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and maintain a database of employees for future openings
  • Utilize recruitment software to analyze trends and optimize the hiring process
  • Work closely with department heads to determine qualifications for each position
  • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our system

Compensation Package: ₱30K–₱45K a month

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires
  • Experience recruiting high-volume candidates (e.g., 100 per month)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Workable and other recruitment tools
  • Experience hiring educators and expanding recruitment initiatives preferred
