Account Coordinator Job Opportunity

The Account Coordinator role is a key position in an agency division specializing in digital advertising, marketing, and lead generation for B2B tech companies.

This team member will be responsible for setting up programs in Salesforce to ensure accurate details are entered into our CRM. They will also update programs with changes and maintain records between Salesforce and internal tools (Gsuite).

  • Collect and organize client deliverables from partners and share approvals with clients.
  • Quality Assurance of landing pages and submit edits before sending to the client.
  • Deliver leads and reporting details to clients weekly as directed.
  • Submit, track, and deliver creative requests for campaign launch.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have experience working in or with digital marketing agencies, familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools, excellent English communication skills, strong time management and multitasking abilities with high accuracy, organized and detail-oriented, creative problem-solving ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant transferable experience.
  • Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities with high accuracy.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing strategies.
