About the Role

Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This role encompasses managing inventory, optimizing listings, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all product listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels; coordinate restocking and updates with the warehouse team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews
  • Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
  • Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience managing e-commerce platforms, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with BWP or other niche marketplaces, basic knowledge of graphic editing or product photography standards, and prior experience in consumer goods or food product industries are desired.
