We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a unique blend of reporting, operations, and creative tasks.

Job Description

This role involves preparing monthly reports on key performance indicators such as listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for comparing performance against previous months/years, analyzing reservations, account development, and Airbnb quality scores.

The Digital Operations Specialist will summarize insights in clear, concise reports and manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on various platforms. Additionally, they will resolve listing errors, set up and optimize new listings, and ensure all listings are tracked in a centralized system.

This role also requires the ability to design and update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives using various tools. The successful candidate will have excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, as well as experience in short-term rental property management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Guesty, as well as strong analytical and reporting skills. They should be comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals, and have a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful approach to their work.
