Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and building web content using Contentful, with a focus on precision and process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating web pages from wireframes or briefs, as well as conducting thorough QA checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create fully functioning Contentful pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives
  • Manage localization workflows: clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across 70 languages
  • Perform end-to-end QA: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch
  • Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners for precise and timely hand-offs

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
