Job Description

This role entails financial analysis, market research, and report preparation to support informed investment decisions.

  • Conduct research on real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the information, and produce detailed analyses explaining/supporting findings.
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
  • Develop financial models to assess property performance and returns.
  • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
  • Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar roles.
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred.
  • Analytical skills with ability to think independently.
  • Familiarity with filemaker pro and internet searching skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
