Job Title: Signal Validation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Signal Validation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing validation plans for new ICs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with NPD teams to develop and execute validation and characterization plans for new ICs.
  • Identify, direct, develop, implement, and improve lab bench setups; refine measurement methods and data analysis to support validation and characterization of new Si products.
  • Drive continuous improvement in validation capabilities, quality, and cycle time.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of electronics and basic circuit design principles.
  • Familiarity with schematic design and PCB layout.
  • Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills and the ability to proactively solve issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and review design objective specifications and data sheets.
  • Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and processing.
  • Architectural knowledge of op amps, voltage references, amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, Digi Pots, and temperature sensors is a plus.
  • Experience in LabVIEW and Python programming is a plus.
