We are seeking a Content & AI Optimization Specialist who will play a critical role in shaping content strategies for both search engines and AI-driven platforms. This role combines strong content writing and SEO fundamentals with AI Optimization (AIO) expertise to ensure our content is discoverable, accurate, and relevant in an AI-powered digital landscape. The specialist will also handle schema implementation, graphics creation, content creation, and website content audits to strengthen overall content performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop original, high-quality content across blogs, websites, landing pages, knowledge bases, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Content Development & Optimization: Write, optimize, and adapt content for websites and AI-driven platforms (e.g., chatbots, generative AI search, knowledge bases).
  • AI Optimization (AIO): Develop and implement strategies that enhance how content is processed, indexed, and retrieved by AI systems. Provide AIO direction and best practices to the team.
  • Schema & Structured Data: Generate, implement, and validate schema markup to improve structured data visibility in search engines and AI platforms.
  • SEO Fundamentals: Apply proven SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and engagement.
  • Graphics Creation: Produce supporting graphics for content, websites, and campaigns using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
  • Content Audits & Revisions: Conduct website content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization; implement revisions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and AIO principles, including AI-driven content optimization.
  • Proven ability in content writing, creation, editing, and optimization.
  • Experience with schema markup, structured data, and validation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI trends and how they impact content discoverability.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
  • Hands-on experience conducting content audits and implementing revisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear guidance to cross-functional teams.
