Job Description:
Risk analysts play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial well-being of organizations by assessing and mitigating potential risks. In this capacity, they provide critical support to underwriters by offering technical expertise in reviewing and processing insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and analyzing complex data sets to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Providing recommendations on business improvement initiatives, focusing on turnaround time and service level agreements.
  • Maintaining product, system, and process knowledge to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Resolving escalated complaints promptly and establishing good working relationships with clients and brokers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Necessary qualifications include a tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Relevant work experience is also required, preferably in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment with shifting schedules.
