The Recruiting Supervisor ensures that requirements are met to identify, attract, and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position assists with developing recruiting strategies and manages a team responsible for assessing hiring needs and interviewing candidates for various positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer, develop, and implement recruitment programs.
- Lead a team to develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet client, internal, and stakeholder needs.
- Set team goals and monitor progress against recruitment metrics, measuring team productivity.
- Oversee initial screening, telephone, and face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and stakeholders to make final hiring decisions and provide recommendations based on needs and candidate interactions.
- Coach the team in leveraging resources such as the internet, community organizations, print media, networks, colleges, and trade associations to source qualified candidates.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and trends, including retention, quality of hire, and throughput.
- Sense of urgency, self-starter attitude, and ability to work under pressure in a high-velocity environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professionalism and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
