We are seeking a seasoned IT Team Leader to oversee and manage our on-site technology team in Pampanga. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT operations, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and mentoring the on-site IT support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. This role also involves planning, coordinating, and implementing IT projects aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding the on-site IT support team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing IT projects that align with business objectives
  • Overseeing hardware and software maintenance, upgrades, and system configurations
  • Troubleshooting escalated issues related to LAN/WAN, iOS/Windows systems, printers, and other network equipment
  • Managing and maintaining network equipment, including Cisco and Meraki devices
  • Coordinating with other departments and vendors for IT-related needs
  • Monitoring and enforcing IT security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance
  • Developing and improving helpdesk processes and reporting systems
  • Creating documentation for systems, configurations, and internal policies

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong technical knowledge in LAN and WAN setup and troubleshooting, iOS and Windows configuration, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking technologies
  • Hands-on experience with remote support tools like AnyDesk
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Working knowledge of data privacy laws and cybersecurity best practices
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules and provide on-call support as needed
  • Valid driver's license and motorcycle for occasional off-site support

Desirable skills and experience include certifications such as Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, or CompTIA, experience with Zoom, HubSpot, or similar systems administration, familiarity with virtualization technologies, and project management exposure or certification.
