Partner Development Manager

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Design and implement effective partner enablement plans to ensure partners are equipped to successfully sell and deliver AvePoint solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential partner opportunities, actively engaging in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and owners within partner communities, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on partner development best practices, sharing insights and lessons learned across the organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and/or partner development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including channel partner programs and MSP models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in both German and English communication, with the ability to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
