Job Title: Operations Leader

Hotel Manager Job Description

The role of the Hotel Manager is to oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality guest experiences.

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including Rooms, Kitchen, Restaurants, Bar & Events, Engineering, and Security departments.
  • Ensure alignment with budget goals, guest service standards, safety protocols, and maintenance requirements through effective leadership and supervision.
  • Assist in developing and executing the Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget, and Management by Objectives programs to achieve optimal guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Coordinate functions and activities with senior management and colleagues as needed.
  • Assume responsibilities in the absence of senior management and keep them informed of any significant developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Several years of progressive experience in hotel operations are necessary. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel setting is preferred. Strong financial acumen, expertise in forecasting and budget management, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
