
Regional Business Development Director

This is a critical position in overseeing the daily operations of multiple beauty counters and consignment locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, leading teams, and fostering a customer-centric environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Performance Management- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans to drive area-wide sales growth.
- Monitor Performance: Track key metrics and provide coaching and support to team members.
- Store Operations: Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, display setups, and planogram adherence.
- Address Operational Requirements: Fulfill all store operational needs.
- Lead Teams: Supervise and manage teams of Beauty Advisors, Merchandisers, and other frontline staff.
- Mentor Team Members: Inspire, mentor, and support team development and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee full compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and Retail Operating Standards (ROS).
- Submit Reports: Accurately submit required reports on time.
- Initiate Initiatives: Design and implement strategies to increase sales, enhance customer engagement, and boost area profitability.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze competitive market trends and research opportunities to tailor strategies.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee operational budgets, including approval of overtime and budget-related requests.
- Foster Financial Efficiency: Ensure financial alignment with profitability goals.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, partner agencies, and retail stakeholders.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensure clear communication with cross-functional department leads.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within retail or beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.
- Location: Should be residing in North or Central Luzon.
