Our client is seeking an experienced professional to oversee all the planting activities in the farm for a vital role.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for implementing a preventive maintenance program.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Reviews project status, monitors project billing, evaluates resources and reviews budgets.
  • Maintains documentation for equipment repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
  • Develops cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
  • Inspects, tests and adjusts equipment.
  • Prepares technical reports, documents and data sheets for office records.
  • Reviews all documents of repair activities.
  • Ensures workplace compliance with national labor standards.
  • Prepares monthly MTTR and MTBF reports.
  • Prepares monthly Mechanical Availability Report.
  • Dictates workflows and sets priorities in the repair activities at the motorpool and project sites.
  • Assigns manpower for all repair activities in the motorpool.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, PRC license is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Knowledgeable on repairs and maintenance of heavy and light construction equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially advanced Excel.
  • Has advanced leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable on electronic diagnostic tools for equipment.
  • Knowledge and ability in preparing service and evaluation reports.
  • Adequate verbal presentation skills to communicate within their team and with superiors.
