Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the Job

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers.

This role involves working with various equipment and tools to ensure smooth production processes. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting setups, performing basic tester debugging, and documenting through the MIPS process.

As part of our team, you will work closely with manufacturing and engineering departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. This includes submission of performance reports and participation in efficiency and quality improvement programs aligned with TQM Plus principles.

Key Qualifications
  • Must have knowledge of electronic circuits
  • Familiarity with test equipment setup and operation
  • Ability to operate complex equipment
Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree in electronics or mechanical technology is required. Fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

This position requires regular attendance at work and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required for training or meetings.
