Drive Ecommerce Growth as a Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to propel our team forward.

This role requires driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. The ideal candidate will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients, and represent the company's approach to media acquisition and its tools. You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations, building trust and strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will set a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused approach, thrive on challenges, take ownership of outcomes, and drive high-performance marketing strategies. We prioritize teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merge finance and marketing to build forecasted strategies and achieve goals.
  • Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across Prophet growth maps and Statlas.
  • Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results; maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks.
