Position Overview

A seasoned accounting leader is needed to oversee day-to-day financial operations and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead accounting teams and supervise the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits.
  • Monitor working capital needs and manage cross-functional collaboration for financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP and tax compliance requirements.
  • Strong experience managing audits and working with external auditors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading accounting teams and managing people in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
