Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Delivery

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
    • Manage project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Foster open communication among team members.
    • Provide guidance and support, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
  • Client Communication
    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
    • Keep stakeholders informed about project status, goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards.
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
