Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced trainer to join our team. As a member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering new hire and ongoing training programs that emphasize customer service and sales skills, client product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education, with experience in designing and delivering training programs that result in high success rates of successful graduates. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients to design and modify training curricula.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on customer service and sales skills, client product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high success rate of successful graduates through regular evaluations and assessments.
  • Partner with clients to design and modify training curricula to meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare lesson plans and course agendas for each training class.
  • Conduct proficiency evaluations and certify trainees for the programs to which they are assigned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in instructing adults in an adult learning environment, preferably in the contact center, customer service, or related industry.
  • An undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, English, or a related discipline.
  • Virtual online experience in blogging or teaching.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.
