At the forefront of corporate training, we seek a Language Trainer Coach to spearhead our efforts in enhancing professional communication skills.

This pivotal role involves supporting and mentoring language trainers in their growth and development as educators. Your responsibility will be to foster collaboration, provide constructive feedback, and resources to improve instructional techniques, lesson planning skills, assessment skills, and overall language training skills.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with experience in coaching or mentoring. Proficiency in using web conferencing tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other online training platforms is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for conveying complex information clearly and concisely, and providing effective guidance and feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and supporting language trainers: Provide individualized coaching and support to foster their growth and development as educators.
  • Facilitating online training sessions: Encourage active participation from trainers and assessors, administer quizzes and evaluation methods, and analyze data for program improvement.
  • Developing training materials: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and interactive content.
  • Facilitating professional development opportunities: Identify training needs, coordinate relevant sessions, and stay informed about current trends and best practices in language teaching.

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required. Certifications in online training, virtual facilitation, language teaching, coaching, and language assessments are a plus.
