Project Management Expert

Job Description:

Negotiate with clients on project scope, timelines, and finances. Oversee project deployments, supervise teams, and manage service delivery activities.

Develop project plans, estimates, and code reviews. Create functional and design specifications. Design, implement, and troubleshoot software solutions.

Manage project scope, adhering to quality metrics and guidelines. Procure equipment and materials as needed. Serve as a subject matter expert in project management and technology trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • C++, C, Java, Linux, Unix knowledge required
  • JLPT Level 3 for English native speakers
  • TOEIC score > 750 for Japanese native speakers
  • Other qualifications include JLPT Level 1, TOEIC score > 750, and technical certifications
