Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team.

Job Description

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the management of complex projects, influencing and negotiating sensitive matters, and managing diverse audiences within varied business environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading the implementation of large-scale global projects, including the management and oversight of functional project teams in Learning & Development.

This is a senior management role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build plans, establish project deadlines, assign functional responsibilities, lead and direct the work of others, conduct due diligence, and gather materials.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee Learning & Development projects and internal initiatives in a senior management capacity.
  • Handle complex projects, influence and negotiate sensitive matters, and manage diverse audiences within varied business environments.
  • Oversee the more complex projects at our customer experience centers, managing projects on a global scale.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience leading the implementation of complex, large scale global projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development.
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).
