Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of business-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives.
  • Support the coordination and execution of AOG recovery operations to facilitate aircraft return to service.
  • Contribute to the establishment and operational setup of new line maintenance stations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new aircraft maintenance capabilities.
  • Prepare and manage technical contracts, including documentation and compliance tracking.
  • Evaluate and select vendors for technical services and projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform business growth strategies.
  • Compile reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and key findings.
  • Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all technical projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, project support, or a related area.
