We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our technical support team as a trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or students in the field of computer science to gain practical experience and develop essential skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced support professionals, learning the ropes of technical problem-solving, communication, and client engagement. You will assist clients in navigating our products, providing clear instructions and guidance in a user-friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients via various channels, such as email, chat, and phone.

Collaborate with senior support staff to understand and troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems.

Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.

Loves solving problems and is an analytical person.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts is a plus.
