Job Title: Spatial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our design team. As a Spatial Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating precise plans using CAD tools and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed drawings, elevations, and layouts using CAD software.
  • Interpret architectural sketches and design briefs to develop construction-ready plans.
  • Maximize space efficiency while adhering to client specifications and building codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of revisions and drawing sets for project tracking.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in spatial planning, CAD drafting, or design layout development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting/design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning processes, zoning codes, and building regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual presentation of technical documents.
