Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful individual to fill the role of Healthcare Support Professional. This position involves managing administrative tasks related to patient care, while also assisting with human resources functions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
  • Assist with HR tasks including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and processing payroll accurately.
  • Ensure all healthcare documentation is up-to-date, compliant with regulations, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clerical or administrative role within a healthcare setting is required.
  • A basic understanding of human resources principles and practices is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

Preferred skills include experience with healthcare management software, familiarity with HR software and systems, knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
