The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees on site.
- Conduct regular health checks and evaluations to identify any potential health risks or concerns.
- Assess employee health queries, document all injuries and illnesses, and maintain confidentiality for record-keeping purposes.
- Coordinate with local government units to follow up on employee benefits related to workplace injuries or accidents.
- Monitor employees at risk of developing serious complications from pre-existing diseases such as heart, respiratory, endocrine, and kidney concerns.
- Participate in safety inspections to ensure employee protection and attend daily exercises and conduct health talks in toolbox meetings.
- Develop and implement OSH Procedures and Safety Plans together with Safety Officers at the project site.
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Valid PRC License
- OHNASP training certificate
