Job Overview

Systems Uptime Focus

We're seeking a Monitoring & Incident Reliability Expert to safeguard system uptime. Design world-class observability, lead incident response, and drive reliability across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems.
  • Design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.
  • Work at the intersection of engineering and operations—quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus.
