Job Summary

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support to customers nationwide by performing various tasks related to crane maintenance and repair.

This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical components.
  • Conduct inspections, diagnoses, and health checks on cranes to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Provide training and commissioning services to customers on new or used cranes, ensuring safe and proper operation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations for parts and maintenance to customers.
  • Complete all required documentation, including field service reports and timesheets.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
  • Basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
  • Able to work overtime as required and travel extensively within the country.
