Guest Services Agent Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to ensure seamless and memorable stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications
  • Answer guest phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Effectively resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service
  • Update reservations accurately for proper accounting
  • Liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve any channel-specific issues
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proficiency with online travel agency (OTA) booking channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com
  • Experience with short-term rental property management systems like Guesty
  • Fluent English language skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
