Rental Property Enquiries Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Rental Property Enquiries Manager to oversee all incoming enquiries for our rental properties.

  • Monitor and promptly respond to all rental enquiries via platforms such as Zoopla, OpenRent, and others.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner, providing clear information to prospective tenants.
  • Screen applicants by checking key details such as income, moving date, and suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, confirming times with both applicants and property managers.
  • Twice weekly, plan full-day viewing routes using Google Maps to maximize efficiency.
  • Follow up with applicants after viewings to gather feedback and references.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, and applicant feedback.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly responsive, and able to coordinate multiple applicants efficiently. Previous experience in property rentals, lettings, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and email) are essential.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with online property platforms (Zoopla, OpenRent) preferred.
  • Comfortable using Google Maps and basic scheduling tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple applicants at once.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
