Accountant Role Overview

This part-time Accountant position involves working with US offshore recruitment and providing a work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate customer invoices, maintain records, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, reconcile vendor statements, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Accounts Receivable: Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, prepare aging reports, and escalate overdue accounts to the sales or legal teams as necessary.
  • Debt Follow-Up: Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone, email, or official letters, maintain a log of collection activities, and collaborate with relevant teams on complex accounts.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and sub-ledgers, identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
