Community Builder

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and strategic Community Builder who will lead the development of an engaged community of digital marketers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a thriving online community from scratch, leveraging multiple platforms including Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn. Key responsibilities include creating and executing a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers, fostering meaningful engagement, and monitoring community spaces to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.

  • Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with digital marketers.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, events, and campaigns to drive participation and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.

  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn (other platforms a plus).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
