Job Role Overview:

  • Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies, creating a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our target audience.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual imagery, graphics, and videos using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Ensure all content adheres to the company's tone, voice, and visual identity guidelines.
  • Craft stories that effectively convey the brand's message and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of comprehensive content strategies, applying SEO best practices and ensuring optimal use of hashtags, keywords, and tags.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Community Engagement and Influencer Partnerships:

  • Manage and moderate online community interactions, fostering a positive brand image and reputation.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands to develop strategic partnerships and sponsored content opportunities.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights for future content optimization and campaign improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for future initiatives.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule and distribute content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective content creation, distribution, and measurement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on content goals and messaging.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.

Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years combined experience as a Digital Content Creator or Art Director.
  • Experience working across a range of high-profile client accounts and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the technical constraints and design regulations governing social media assets.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage workloads effectively, and prioritize tasks.
