The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented medical scheduler with exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient records in a timely manner
  • Ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers through effective coordination
  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to patients and healthcare teams, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical scheduler or in a related field with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and coordination
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking and writing), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
