IT Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT manager to oversee the entire IT service management process. The primary focus of this role will be on ensuring that all IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT service management processes in accordance with industry standards

  • Implement DevOps/IaC fundamentals including CI/CD, Git, scripting, Terraform/ARM, and container concepts
  • Evaluate data protection and resilience measures including backups, DR/BCP, RPO/RTO, logging, and observability
  • Assess vendor/SaaS and licensing models, and manage IT asset and software asset management (ITAM/SAM)
Required Skills:
  • Project/portfolio management, road mapping, prioritization, and delivery to scope/schedule
  • People leadership, coaching, performance management, hiring, delegation
  • Incident/problem management, RCA, post-mortems, and MTTR reduction
  • Budgeting and cost optimization (FinOps), forecasting, chargeback/show back
  • Vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract/SLA management
  • Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python); task orchestration
  • Documentation and diagramming (SOPs, runbooks, Visio/Lucidchart/Draw.io)
  • KPI design and reporting (SLAs, uptime, availability, MTBF/MTTR), dashboarding
