We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Assessment Processing Administrator.

This is a permanent role that will be based in Makati City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Coordinator and the team to ensure that question paper materials are made available for customers on published exam timetable dates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Power BI, and experience with Zendesk ticketing is also essential.

The Assessment Processing Administrator will work closely with the Senior Outbound Logistics Administrator to oversee day-to-day Despatches operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality. They will also act as a point of contact for specific processes, handling escalations and resolving complex issues.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Managers and Coordinators with planning, process delivery, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Oversee day-to-day Despatches operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Act as point of contact for specific processes, handling escalations and resolving complex issues.
  • Coach and support team members, encouraging continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  • Track, update, and report team progress against agreed plans.
  • Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Power BI; experience with Zendesk ticketing.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, with attention to detail and organisation.
  • Quick to learn new processes/systems; able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
