Hapi Dealer Operations Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting the Hapi Dealer team in driving efficiency in Hapi Dealer Operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in General Trade / Distributor Trade Sales in an FMCG / e-Commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement programs to drive Omni-coverage and efficiencies in Hapi Stores
  2. Work with CMU on Hapi Dealer Cabinet Efficiencies (Cab Confirmation, NPC/UPC) and Cabinet Care initiatives
  3. Collaborate with OTD on Hapi Store Promo Implementation and Execution
  4. Partner with CD FAS on Hapi Dealer Systems Utilization
  5. Responsible for Hapi Dealer Claims and Hapi Dealer Manpower Incentives processing

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in General Trade / Distributor Trade Sales in an FMCG / e-Commerce environment (fresh graduates welcome)
  2. Open to fresh graduates but also mid-career individuals with experience in business operations management
  3. Dynamic and passionate about excellence
  4. Able to work in Pasig and assigned within the Manila area
  5. Amenable to a contract-based role of 12 months
  6. Data-driven mindset
  7. Strong networking and influencing skills
  8. Planning and organization abilities
  9. Leadership and collaboration skills
  10. Brilliant execution capabilities
  11. Strong communication and presentation skills
  12. Social media skills & knowledge in FB group community handling
